ABOUT TOYOTA STADIUM

Opened on August 6, 2005, Toyota Stadium and Toyota Soccer Center is a 145-acre multipurpose sports and entertainment facility located at the intersection of Main Street and Dallas North Tollway in Frisco, Texas. It is the home stadium for FC Dallas and hosts the FCS Championship Game, the Frisco Bowl, as well a variety of concerts, tournaments and other events.

Approved bags include:
  • Bags that are clear plastic and do not exceed 14” x 6” x 14”.
  • Small clutch purses or crossbody bags (with or without straps) that are no larger than 5.5” x 8.5”.
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags.
  • Credentialed media and staff, team personnel and credentialed guests will not be subject to the bag restrictions but will continue to enter at the designated stadium checkpoints they will be subject to screening and bag inspections.
  • Exceptions will be made for medically-necessary items. Please email [email protected] to get special clearance for medically-necessary items.

FAQ

During major sporting events, tickets for upcoming events are sold at the advance ticket sales window, located on the North side of the stadium. You can also purchase tickets in advance by calling the Frisco Bowl Sales Team at (855) 492-8053.

Children that are three (3) feet or shorter are not required to have a ticket into Toyota Stadium for sporting events. Children that are three feet or shorter may sit in a ticket holder’s lap, so long as the child does not obstruct the view of others nearby. There will be a height check station at all gates. If a child is taller than three feet, they must provide a ticket for entry.

Policies may vary for concerts and special events. Please contact Customer Service at 469-365-0000 or [email protected] for information pertaining to specific events.

Alcohol may not be brought in or out of Toyota Stadium. Texas law states that a person must be 21 years of age to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages. Within the stadium, the sale of beer is limited to two per customer, per purchase. All sales will cease at the end of the 3rd quarter of the Frisco Bowl. Every guest will be asked to present a valid driver’s license at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol at our discretion. If you choose to drink, please do so responsibly.

Toyota Stadium has four Automated Teller Machines (ATMs).  Inside the stadium there are ATMs located on the East and West concourses as well as one inside the Stadium Club. Additionally, there is one located outside of the South gate.  There is also an ATM located in the soccer complex at Victory Center.

Banner and flags are encouraged; provided they are not commercial, offensive, or in poor taste. Banners and/or flags may not obstruct the view of any guests, stadium signage, or present any safety hazards. For safety reasons you may only attach a banner and/or flag to a bendable pipe material such as PVC. Toyota Stadium reserves the right to remove and/or confiscate any sign, banner, or flag for any reason. Toyota Stadium requires prior permission to attach any sign, banner, or flag to any railing inside the park.

The Main Box Office is located on the North side of the stadium at Toyota Stadium. The Box Office is open on event days beginning four (4) hours prior to the start of the event.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

Lost tickets may be replaced for season ticket holders by calling Customer Service at 469-365-0000 or [email protected].

-Note: Toyota Stadium cannot guarantee the replacement of individual tickets unless proof of purchase can be tracked to a specific transaction.

With a state-of-the-art ticket and scanning system at Toyota Stadium, new tickets can be reprinted and the lost tickets voided. Therefore, the old tickets will be denied entry to the building. If season tickets are believed stolen, the account holder is encouraged to file a police report with his/her local law enforcement agency and provide the Box Office with a copy.

Ticket Sales

Tickets may be purchased at www.theFriscoBowl.com or by calling the ticket group at (855) 492-8053. Tickets can also be purchased at the North Box Office.  Tickets for each year’s bowl game will typically go on sale approximately September 1 of each year.

Box Office Hours of Operations

Box Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or four (4) hours prior to a weekend event, and during all scheduled stadium events.

Will Call

Will Call is located on the North side of the stadium at the main Box Office. You must provide your own picture ID when picking up Will Call tickets.

Payment Options

The Box Office accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash.

Cameras and hand-held video cameras are permitted in the stadium for the Frisco Bowl. No images captured at Toyota Stadium may be used for commercial purposes without the written consent of FC Dallas Soccer, LLC and its affiliates. FC Dallas, Toyota Stadium, and most sponsor advertisements, logos, and other materials are protected by United State intellectual property laws. Persons who violate this policy may be liable for intellectual property infringement. Guests may contact Toyota Stadium in advance of an event to find out the specific policy for that event by calling 469-365-0000 or emailing [email protected].

Selfie sticks are not allowed inside Toyota Stadium during games.

Guests are prohibited from wearing any clothing displaying profane or offensive material. Guests wearing prohibited clothing may be denied entry into the facility until the profane or offensive material is no longer visible. Guests found within the facility wearing clothing displaying items that can be construed as profane, or offensive, will be asked to provide a solution where the items will no longer be displayed. If no solution can be found or the solution does not meet the satisfaction of management, the guest may be ejected from the facility.

All Toyota Stadium guests are expected to maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. Any behavior defying the code of conduct, as determined by facility management can result in ejection and possible arrest. Guests who are ejected from the facility will not receive a refund for their ticket(s) or be compensated in any way. Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Standing on chairs/seats
  • Entering a seating area without the correct ticket
  • Drunk and/or disorderly conduct
  • Fighting or challenging others to fight
  • Interference with the event, or participants of the event in any way
  • Throwing, tossing, or discharging any object within the facility

Note: Streamers/confetti may be thrown in times of celebration of our team’s success. Streamers or confetti thrown at players, referees or any event staff or during game action is considered prohibited behavior.

Kicking or throwing inflated soccer balls or Frisbees.

Any throwing of objects on the field, fighting, or discriminatory language qualify someone as being subject to immediate ejection

Excessive, unsolicited or unwarranted use of foul language (individual or collective) will be treated on a case by case basis with a specific warning prior to ejection

Violating Toyota Stadium rules, regulations, or policies

Violating any local, state, or federal laws

Toyota Stadium management reserves the right to deny entry of any guest displaying inappropriate behavior, as determined by facility/event management. For event-specific policies, please contact Customer Service at 469-365-0000 or [email protected].

Toyota Stadium has 10 permanent concession stands and plenty of portable concession kiosks throughout the stadium. Concession stands offer a wide assortment of specialty foods. There are also plenty of your fan favorites like hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, soda, and beer. You may use cash and/or credit cards at the fixed concessions locations and cash only at the portable locations. Hours of operation for concession sales within Toyota Stadium will vary depending on the schedule of events.

Toyota Stadium is used over 300 days per year, showcasing a wide variety of local, regional, national, and international programming. The stadium will host approximately 600,000 fans per year. Attendance at the Sports Park will also exceed 600,000 annually with the broad array of programming including soccer tournaments, development programs, corporate outings, and other special events.

Toyota Stadium is a multi-purpose facility featuring a wide array of events year-round.

Credit cards are accepted throughout Toyota Stadium. Credit cards may be used at the Box Office, Merchandise Stands, and most Concession Stands. Accepted cards include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Diaper changing stations are located in all men’s, women’s, and family restrooms. 

Toyota Stadium is located off the Dallas North Tollway and Main Street.

From the South on US75 – Go North on US 75 until you reach 635 West. Take 635 West and exit the Dallas North Tollway going North. Continue on the Tollway and exit Main St. /Cotton Gin Rd. Stadium will be on your right-hand side.

Or … Go North on US 75 to 121 S. Take 121 S to the Dallas North Tollway, and there go North until you reach the Main St./Cotton Gin Rd. exit. Stadium is on the right-hand side.

From the East – travel West on 635 until you reach the Dallas North Tollway. Take the Tollway North and exit Main St./Cotton Gin Rd. The stadium will be on your right-hand side. (Approximately 16 miles)

From the West – travel East on 635 until you reach the Dallas North Tollway. Take the Tollway North and exit the Main St./Cotton Gin Rd. The stadium will be on your right-hand side. (Approximately 16 miles)

From the North – take US 35E or US 75 south to Highway 380. From US 35E go east, and from US 75 go west, on 380 to reach the Dallas Parkway. Go South on the Tollway to the Main St./Cotton Gin Rd. exit. The stadium will be on your left.

From Denton – Take US 380 East to Dallas Parkway, then go South to Main St. and the stadium will be on your left.

From McKinney – Take US 380 West to Dallas Parkway and go South to the Main St./Cotton Gin Rd. exit. The stadium will be on the left.

Toyota Stadium is committed to providing every guest with comfortable and enjoyable experience at its facility. Toyota Stadium meets all ADA requirements. Please contact us ahead of time if you need any special accommodations. All ADA seats are located at the top of the seating bowl (sections 105-132, row 31).

Drinking fountains are located throughout the main concourse and suite levels of the stadium.

Drums are permitted provided they do not feature language or graphics that are commercial, offensive, or in poor taste. Drums must be placed on the lap of the ticketed spectator. Drums may not obstruct the view of any guests, stadium signage, or present any safety hazard. Toyota Stadium will only allow ‘mallet’ style drumsticks (drumsticks with a big soft round head). Toyota Stadium reserves the right to remove and/or confiscate any drum or marching mallet at any time. 

Attending an event at Toyota Stadium should be an enjoyable and safe experience for all. It is our goal to avoid ejections or arrests. However, it is of primary importance that each guest is able to enjoy a quality experience while in attendance. Therefore, a code of conduct will be enforced that emphasizes good sportsmanship and generally accepted standards of behavior. Season ticket holders and suite holders are responsible for the actions of their guests and are subject to cancellation of tickets. See “Code of Conduct”.

Guests with disabilities, or temporary conditions, that prevent them from using stairwells and need access to the field must enter through the East gate and notify a Toyota Stadium employee. This employee will make arrangements to use the Eastside elevator. This elevator is not for public use and may only be used by request and escort only. If entering through any other gate, please go to Guest Services for this request, located on the Northeast corner of the stadium, next to First Aid.

In the unlikely event that an emergency situation would require the stadium to be evacuated, instructions will be relayed via the public-address system. If such circumstances arise, please remain calm, use common sense and follow any instructions as they are announced. In the event that the PA system is unavailable, please proceed toward the nearest Toyota Stadium employee for further instruction.

Family Restrooms are private restrooms available only for families. These facilities also contain changing tables for use by families with small children. There are 8 family restrooms on the main concourse level located behind sections 102, 113, 120, 124, 132, and the North East concourse. For your additional convenience all public restroom facilities also have diaper-changing stations.

Stadium guests are not permitted access to the playing field at any time unless they have the appropriate credentials or tickets. Anyone entering the field without proper credentials is subject to removal from the stadium and arrest.

Any guests involved in physical or verbal altercations are subject to ejection and arrest. See “Code of Conduct”.

If you require medical assistance within the stadium, please contact the nearest Toyota Stadium employee or proceed to the First Aid station located in the Northeast building next to the FC Dallas Team Shop.

The following items may NOT be brought into the facility:

  • Glass or plastic bottles of any kind
  • Outside food or beverages of any kind
  • Aluminum cans/metal cans of any kind

Guests may dispose of or return to their vehicles any unauthorized items prior to entering into the facility. Items will not be stored, secured, or kept for return by Toyota Stadium.

For special dietary needs, infant needs, and medical concerns, please contact Customer Service.  Policies may vary for concerts and special events. Please contact Customer Service at 469-365-0000 or [email protected] for specific event policies.

For the Frisco Bowl, gates will open 2 hours prior to event start time for ticket holders. Please check the website before games that may be sold out, international games and games with premium give-a-ways for gate opening times as those are generally opened earlier. Call Customer Service at 469-365-0000 or [email protected] for all other opening times.

Guest Services is located on the Northeast concourse of the stadium, at the top of Section 133 Services offered at Guest Services include:

  • Guest/General information assistance
  • Lost and Found
  • Resolution of ticket issues
  • Guest feedback forms
  • Stroller check-in
  • Ticket relocations

In addition, Guest Service staff is located throughout the facility to provide information and assistance.

For the Frisco Bowl, handicap seating is available at the top row 31 of each of the following sections: 105-132. For all concerts, handicap seating is available at the top of certain sections and on the floor level. Please see “Elevator” section for specific instructions for access.  Handicap parking spaces are available in each parking lot on a first come, first served basis. Toyota Stadium meets all ADA requirements.

All guests at Toyota Stadium are expected to drink responsibly and ensure they have a safe and responsible means of transportation before leaving the facility. Any guest who is intoxicated/impaired entering Toyota Stadium will be denied entry to the facility. Any guests found intoxicated/impaired within Toyota Stadium and causing a disturbance, determined by management will be asked to leave the facility without refund and may be subject to further consequences, such as arrest.

In the stadium, if you find an item that is not yours, please take it to Guest Services above Section 133.

If you find/lose an item within the Soccer Park Complex, those items are collected in the concession stand located at the Victory Center in the center of the Soccer Park.

After an Event

Guests wishing to inquire about the possibility of retrieving a lost item after an event should call 469-365-0013, or email [email protected]. Guests wanting to claim a found item must be ready to positively identify their item.

Lost and found items will be logged and kept by Customer Service for fourteen (14) calendar days. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity after this holding period.

Customer Service suggests that a parent/guardian place a ticket stub inside each child’s pocket or sock to assist Toyota Stadium staff in locating a child’s group in the event of separation. Separated children and parents should contact the nearest Toyota Stadium employee or go to Guest Services located in the Northeast building by the FC Dallas Team Shop that will be open from gate opening to thirty minutes after event end time.

  • No unapproved marketing will be allowed on Toyota Stadium property (including parking lots). This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Unauthorized distribution of literature, business cards, flyers, handouts of any kind, pamphlets, other written forms, etc.
  • Placing of any unapproved material on car windshields.
  • Chanting or shouting words associated with commercial advertising.
  • Wearing clothing in a manner intended to advertise.
  • Possessing banners, flags, signs, or posters displaying words or pictures associated with commercial advertising.
  • Product sampling of any kind. All cases are subject to review and decision by facility/event management. Guests found to be marketing may be subject to ejection and removal from Toyota Stadium.
  • Guests found passing out literature or any written forms of unauthorized marketing will be asked to collect all pieces of marketing handed out and dispose of them in the trash. If necessary, the guest or marketing company is subject to being billed by Toyota Stadium for any additional clean-up costs.
  • Guest/companies repeatedly found marketing on property might be cited with trespassing.  If your company or organization is interested in advertising, marketing or sampling product at Toyota Stadium, call 469-365-0128 for sponsorship pricing options.

For the Frisco Bowl, the Toyota Stadium parking lot will open 6 hours prior to kickoff and parking is $20 in designated lots. Reserved parking pass customers must enter the appropriate lot at the entrance indicated on their parking pass and follow the directions given by the parking attendants.

Service animals (i.e. – guide dogs) are the only pets allowed into Toyota Stadium and Toyota Stadium complex.

The Press/Media entrance is located on the Northwest side of the stadium. The gated entrance is the first gate from the locker room building. Access is restricted to credentialed press and media only. Approved media may pick up their credentials at the Media Will-Call window located at the North Box Office. The window opens up 2 hours prior to kickoff on game day, at which time they may enter the Media Entrance. For media questions, contact Ray Mallouk at [email protected].

The Frisco Bowl, in conjunction with Frisco law enforcement officials, is dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment in which to enjoy events at Toyota Stadium. Police officers are stationed near each entrance gate and all persons entering the stadium are subject to search and questioning. Full cooperation with the authorities is appreciated and will help speed the progression of the lines.

Items NOT permitted into the facility:

  • Weapons of any kind (i.e. knives (including pocket knives), pepper spray, stun-guns, slingshots, concealed weapons, firearms etc.)
  • Fireworks of any kind (including smoke bombs and flares)
  • No glass and plastic bottles, cans, cups, coolers, containers, food or beverages of any kind
  • Air horns, whistles, seat cushions
  • Illegal drugs or chemicals
  • Laser pointers
  • Cups
  • Bags larger than 14x14x6
  • Inflated Soccer Balls
  • Umbrellas
  • Animals (except service animals)
  • Un-approved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, etc.
  • Skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, etc.

THE FRISCO BOWL: There is a no re-entry policy in place for the Frisco Bowl. Exception: for safety reasons due to inclement weather, fans may seek safety in their vehicles.

It shall be unlawful for any person to resell or offer the resell a ticket to an event in any city right-of-way, city property or property owned, leased, or managed by the event sponsor. All violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Toyota Stadium is the first Green-Friendly sports venue in Texas. Please recycle your empty plastic bottles or cups in any of the “Kick in to Win” recycling bins located throughout the facility.

The Winners’ Club by WinStar World Casino & Resort is a fully operated restaurant and bar. It is located inside the West Gates and gives guests the opportunity to enjoy quality food in a relaxing setting before or during the event. The Stadium Club is open to all ticket holders during the Frisco Bowl, but may be closed prior to game time for a private event.

All restrooms throughout Toyota Stadium are wheelchair accessible. The following is a list of areas where restrooms are located:

Complex:

  • Men, Women and Family restrooms are inside Dr. Pink field, or located at the Victory Plaza.

Main Concourse Level:

  • Women – Behind sections 101, 111, 113, 119, 123, 130, and 133 (North East Concourse)
  • Men – Behind sections 102, 111, 114, 120, 124, 131, 133 (North East Concourse)
  • Family – Behind sections 102, 113, 120, 124, 132, North East Concourse

Stadium Club:

  • Women – Adjacent to Suite Level access stairs
  • Men – Adjacent to Suite Level access stairs

Suite Level:

  • Women – Across from Suite 15
  • Men – Across from Suite 16

The sections are numbered from the Northwest corner of the stadium (section 100) and increases in a counter-clockwise direction (ends with section 133).

Viewed from the field, seats are numbered from right to left and rows are numbered from the bottom beginning with 1. There are some exceptions with the South corners of the stadium in sections 113 and 121 rows in these sections start at 8. There are 30 rows in most sections.

Smoking is not permitted in the stadium seating areas or along the railing overlooking the seating bowl, club, suites or restrooms. The designated smoking areas are located on each of the four concourses, just inside the stadium gates.

The Winner’s Club by WinStar World Casino & Resort is a fully operated restaurant and bar. It is located inside the West gates and gives guests the opportunity to enjoy quality food in a relaxing setting before, during and after events. All ticket holders have access inside the club during the Frisco Bowl. Also, ONLY Club Loge ticket holders have access to the reserved seats in front of the glass overlooking the field of play.

Strollers are permitted for younger children. As a safety measure, we ask that you check the stroller at Guest Services located in the Northeast building next to the FC Dallas Team Shop that will be open from gate opening to thirty minutes after event end time.

Suites are available on multi-year leases or on rent-per-event basis. For information on leasing please contact the Sales Manager for the Suites at 469-365-0195.

All suites have restrictions on the number of guests in the suite. Suites exceeding capacity may be closed for the event and all guests ejected at the discretion of management.

Pre-game tailgating is permitted if conducted in a safe and respectful manner and does not disrupt other fans, interfere with normal parking procedures or extend into additional spaces. Outside food companies are not permitted to deliver catering orders for tailgate activities. All tailgating activities must comply with proper fan decorum. No open flame grills allowed.

There are 31 flat panel televisions in the Winner’s Club by WinStar World Casino & Resort. The televisions allow the guest to keep up with the in-house action or catch up on other games or events being televised nationally or internationally.

Throwing objects within the facility or onto the field is strictly prohibited. Guest found throwing any object within the facility will be ejected and subject to arrest. See “Code of Conduct”.

The Toyota Stadium Tollway marquee is used to promote upcoming events at Toyota Stadium. It is 51 feet tall from the ground to the top of the arc. The LED board measures 24 feet wide by 20 feet tall. It’s located about halfway up the Toyota Stadium complex, adjacent to the service road which borders the Tollway.

Umbrellas may NOT be brought into the stadium due to obstruction to other fans and safety concerns. In the event of inclement weather, guests are encouraged to bring appropriate apparel such as raincoats, pullovers or ponchos. See “Prohibited Items” for more information.

Toyota Stadium has a total of 10 Daktronics LED (video) boards within the stadium bowl with a total surface area of 3465 square feet. The two main video boards – which show live action, replays, commercial spots, and various promotions – measure 31’4” wide by 18’ tall. The four small boards located on both sides of the main video boards – used to display both the game clock and score, as well as sponsor logos – measure 12’ wide by 6’ tall. The board above the east concession stands – used for sponsor logos – measures 23’ by 9’6”. The two south boards – combining sponsor logos and the game score and clock – measure 61’ by 3’6”. Finally, the west fascia board which runs the entire duration of the suite deck – used to display sponsor logos, birthday/group welcomes, and upcoming game promos – measures 401’ by 3’6”.

Toyota Stadium contains seats for wheelchairs as well as seats for companions. Wheelchair accommodations are available within each price category and wheelchair access is provided to specially designated restrooms, ticket windows, and concession stands. All wheelchair seating is at the top of each section. For all ADA patrons that have purchased tickets on the floor for concerts at Toyota Stadium, please see “Elevator” section for detailed instructions.

Tickets may be picked up at the Will Call window located at the North Box Office building. The Will Call window will be open four (4) hours prior to the start time for the Frisco Bowl. Photo identification is required to pick up tickets.
